Visiting South France for 2 weeks -Need recommendations.

Leaving this weekend for France! We will be staying in the Languedoc area: Montpellier, Sete, Beziers... Anyone have recommendations: restaurants, places to go, wines to track down, cafes to pass hours in, pates, cheeses, fish, markets....?

Are you sure you want to stay in Beziers? Pézenas is a much more enjoyable city. Will you be in Limoux at all? I can highly recommend a few places in Pézenas, but we didn't get to Sete or Montpellier. As Theresa said, we recently wrote about these towns, so do search the board.
