Brix is the only restaurant in the valley that does a BIG buffet brunch and many people travel to the valley for exactly that.
The other standard breakfast places continue to be: Fremont Diner (Sonoma), Boon Fly Cafe (Carneros). I adore Grace's Table (downtown Napa) for their housemade Old Fashioned Doughnut and Chilaquiles.
Napa Valley Biscuits just opened and has gotten so-so reviews (service and consistency, mostly). A lot of people like ABC but I find them pretty mundane and basic.

re: Capone
Leisurely and nice... Unfortunately. The Grill at Meadowood does a breakfast but I have never been.
Boon Fly has great food, but it is hard to be leisurely as there is always a wait and with people hovering for tables, I always feel a little anxious to finish quickly.
I think the deal is that because of the limited hours of wineries, most people don't want to waste precious tasting time over brunch. They tend to hit the diner-spots for breakfast fairly early and then return to restaurants for dinner.
The locals go to Soscol Diner which is REALLY a greasy spoon. I've also heard about The Bank at The Westin for breakfast, but I tend to avoid hotels for food...
