I will be traveling to Seattle at the end of August for a long weekend. I'd love some recommendations for great food experiences in Seattle - for parties of 2-4 people. We have no food restrictions and are open to trying new and different things. Thanks

Just FYI, if you're talking labor day weekend, some of the smaller and/or independent places do close at least one day for the holiday, so if there is something you have your heart set on, make sure to check their holiday schedule.

I had an outstanding and very enjoyable meal of the chefs tasting menu at Staple and Fancy this weekend, and recommend it strongly as both a local experience and an excellent meal.
