Walker, MN recs?

I'll be in Walker, MN for a dinner and a lunch this week. Any recs? Bonus points if there are fresh veggies involved. Nearby towns (w/in 10 miles) are fine.

    My relatives live near Walker. They like Chase on the Lake. I've never tried it. Dorset has decent food...MN Mexican at Companeros and decent Italian at La Pasta.

      Oh thanks. . . I ended up getting into town so late and being so busy the next day that I didn't get to try your rec'd places. But I appreciate the info nonetheless!

      For future reference, had decent pulled pork at a BBQ place in Pine River (the bun sucked though).
