Terry's Country Store is the best market in Jacksonville, its on Penman at the beach. An old fashioned butcher shop and prices that are 30% lower than Publix. Great local institution. Publix and WD suck.

    2. Oops. I like different stores for different things but I frequent stores in this order
      Winn Dixie
      Albertsons ( til it closed)

I find that the things I shop for are priced the best at Sweetbay so I shop there the most

Plus Sweeybay has the best produce.....Publix produce is awful.

Way better produce and better meat than Publix. I do get a few things there that other stores don't carry, but that's generally it.

And soon we can add Trader Joe's into the mix (if you aren't doing so already in the Naples area). The next to open is on September 7th in Sarasota.....yayyyyy!

Oh boy oh boy, Trader Joe's. I can't wait

Definitely Fresh Market, followed by Publix. I miss both, having moved to WV.

Back in the day in WV we had A&P, Loblaws and Foodland. Thank God grandma had a farm.

Publix has a "hybrid" store that opened up close by. Kobe Steaks are $39.99lb.

This outlet in Melbourne is pretty good, although no organic.

              Local market in the beachside.

100 year old Italian meat market in Tampa.
