pollock fish

Has anyone used pollock fillet? What is your method of cooking this fish.

It's quite mild, and we use it like they do at Rubio's: fish tacos. Takes well to the hot salsas.

It is very much like cod so any way you like to make cod will work. A classic method is buttered crumbs (I love to use half crushed ritz cracker and half panko) and lemon juice on top, then bake.

Thank you. I dipped it in flour, then beaten egg, and then Italian bread crumbs. Then fried it. I do not like to fry in oil so I will try your way next time.
