Weighing ingredients & the Fannie Farmer Cooknook 12th edition
After reading Marion Cunningham's obituary, I ordered a copy of the 13th edition of the Fannie Farmer Cookbook. In the preface, they announced that they were no longer including metric measurements because no one used them. I've been baking by weight for years and wonder if any of you who have the 12th edition can tell me what they use for grams/cup of flour.
