ISO Recs, especially for takeout, near Kaiser in Santa Clara

Can anyone suggest good takeout near the Kaiser hospital on Lawrence Expressway/Homestead (I think the address is 700 Lawrence Expressway)? I saw an older post raving about sausages at Neto's but nothing super-recent. Don't mind driving 10-15 minutes, but closer is better. Any cuisine is fine, and longer hours are best. A sit-down restaurant that is able to wrap well will also work. I'm not very familiar with Santa Clara (I'm coming from the North Bay), so appreciate any leads. Thanks in advance.

These might not necessarily work for take-out but I wanted to point out that since you're coming from Marin, your coordinates put you in easy striking distance of some excellent Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Indian food that you won't find at home. Orenchi Ramen is on Homestead @ Lawrence, just on the other side of the expressway from the med center. A short distance to the west, Cupertino Village is located at Homestead & Wolfe Road and has many regional Chinese restaurants. The Korean and Indian places are centered on El Camino Real stretching along both sides of Lawrence. This area is where Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and Cupertino abut each other. If you do some searches on those city names and find something that interests you, you can post for updates on particulars.
