Adios, Red Maple (SLC)

Was cruising down Redwood after a Groupon lunch at Dahn Sushi (will post about that later). The chain link is up and the dumpster is being filled. Ate there a couple of times and thought it was pretty good. Both times they seemed to be doing good business. Tough times...

    I think they were doing well but a fire gutted their kitchen I believe:

      And, I've been told they aim to have the whole kitchen back in working order sometime in August, so fear not!
