Taormina for a week, need rec's

My family & I will be visiting Taormina for a week in early August. We are looking for some great food,lunch and dinner. We . want moderately priced meals with 1 or 2 nights to splurge. Any help with rec's would be greatly appreciated.

The three restaurants that really stick out in my memory are A Zammara, Al Viccolo Stretti and Al Duomo.
