Bourdain in Brittany

Just saw a re-run of No Reservations in Brittany and was wondering if anyone out there had a recipe for the savory, crumbly textured Far that was made by the woman in her home kitchen. I've only been able to find sweet Far recipes online.

    The recipe includes 1 tbsp sugar, which shouldn't be enough to make it sweet. If it does, try reducing the sugar or leaving it out.

      Thank you so much! Everything I could find online had it listed as Far!
