Hungry for Persian food, but on a budget

Can anyone recommend a buffet restaurant in the Bay Area (Peninsula, East Bay, San Jose etc) that serves authentic Persian food, for lunch or dinner?

Many years ago (late 90s) there used to be a buffet restaurant in PA (in a strip mall, somewhere off University) which served an excellent Sunday lunch buffet, but unfortunately they closed down. Now that I am back in the area, I would love to find an alternative.

Thanks

Not a buffet, but Rose Market in Mountain View is quite inexpensive and good. Kebabs (using halal meats) are grilled to order over mesquite. Inside the grocery store, various Persian stews and other dishes can be ordered from a steam table line. I've only had the kebabs here but have heard the other food is good too. Here's the catering website, which includes an online menu for delivery.

Again, not buffet, but home style and lovely people. Check times for Persian: Abigail Cafe, Alameda http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/724090

My favorite Persian place is Negeen in Campbell for the best Koobideh and Shirin Polo. The portions are large- enough for lunch for the next two days!
