softshell ( ipswich ) clams ? In East Bay ?

any ideas on finding some softshell clams - ideally in the East Bay. while I'm asking I might as well go for it all .... already shucked? wanting to make some fried clams. Tried Monterey, Tokyo Fish and 99 Ranch .... no luck.
