Hah! The eternal quest. I have loved these concentrated doses of cholesterol since childhood, and have been unable to find them anywhere for at least 5 years. Zabar's used to have them (as "Gervais"), but now says they're under some kind of import ban. Not sure if they perhaps use some amount of raw milk, or if there's another reason. In any case, I have been searching for them without success in every cheese store in Manhattan for years. If you find them anywhere, please post.

I don't know if it's the same in the city, but all the WF in NJ sell them - perhaps you could check there. They're amazingly addictive! :)
