Jajangmyun in Albuquerque?
They have it on the menu at Shogun Japanese Restaurant, but I haven't had it so I can't vouch for it being authentic or being good.
Since Fu Yuang, Yen Ching and Yummi House are all Korean-Chinese, I bet any of them would do it for you on request. I've never been to Fu Yuang, but some friends say it's pretty good.
Fermented black bean sauce is one of my favorite flavors, but I haven't found it used much in Albuquerque Asian food. I'd be very interested in knowing if you find something that you like anywhere around here.
