Dinner in Westwood?

Going to see a play in Westwood at the Geffen Playhouse.

Can anybody recommend a good Chinese, Japanese, Italian or Mexican dinner spot in this area please?

Tanino is excellent. Only a 5 minute walk to or from Geffen. Right on Westwood Blvd.
Mandarin Kitchen would be my choice for Chinese, but it is further down Westwood Blvd at Santa Monica Blvd.

Another good choice is Nine Thirty at the W. You may also be able to eat outside bu the pool which is great.

Casa Azul Cantina recently opened in Westwood. Very good mexican from the Frida people.
