schmaltz?

Does anyone know where I may find schmaltz?. I want to make chopped liver. I have no idea who would carry it.

Thanks, friends. I'll check them out. I guess it would be easier to just go ahead and the already made chopped liver there @ one of those places, too! I don't know - I just got a weird urge to make it. I have actually had it at both the delis mentioned, and both were very good!
