Great Restaurant on the Cape?

I'm staying in Harwich and want to take my sister out for a memorable birthday dinner. I'm not concerned about the price and we like all types of food. A friend suggested 28 Atlantic. Thoughts? Any place with a fantastic chef and a tasting menu??
