Hey Chowhounders,

Anyone know where I can get fresh fennel pollen? Any specific greenmarket, vendor, shop, etc?

Eataly sells dried fennel pollen in a metal tin for about $25.

      From another thread:

I had heard it was available at Eataly but I went there this morning and they said they don't carry it. The woman at the front desk agreed that they should since Mario Batali uses it in his recipes but she didn't seem interested in looking into it further (like maybe saying they will order some!?!).
I went to www.pollenranch.com and order it. Could not have been easier and I expect to receive it in a couple of days.
