Plymouth and environs

We'll be in Plymouth for a week and are looking for some solid options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We like biker to more formal(Solstice is on the list) and everything in between. Huge portions not necessary, great flavors are.
Has anyone tried the Blue Eyed Crab, parent of WR's Red Eyed Pig?
We'd like to keep it on this side of the bridge and not beyond Kinston or so as we''ll be between downtown Plymouth and Scusset.

Many consider Plymouth to be a bit of a culinary wasteland. Soltice in Kingston is oft recommended as the best fine dining in the area. Blue Eyed Crab has its fans for decent fresh seafood dishes and Woods Seafood on the pier for fried fare. Other than that, can't really help.

Here's a couple of threads that may point you in a reasonable direction.
