Where can I get great lamb sausage for grilling? Besides Tzatziki sauce and pita, what shall I serve with it for a dinner BBQ? Thanks for your ideas!

Paulina Meat Market usually has Lamb Gyro Brats as one of their brat/sausage varieties. For a pairing, I'd recommend grilled veggies such as zucchini, eggplant, perhaps red onions. Could also add some roasted or grilled potatoes with garlic, herbs and lemon.

I did buy the lamb gyro brats from Paulina Market and they were delicious! We BBQ'd the brats and served tzatziki sauce, chopped tomatoes, onions and pita. I made a panzanella salad (all green peas and beans, no tomatoes), a French potato salad and a melon salad with lemon yogurt dressing. All was very good.

Paulina Market has frozen Merguez; it is unclear if they make them. Fox & Obel used to have the sausages, but I don't know if they still do or if they still make their own. I order mine from d'artagnan.com
