BBQ Pulled Pork Experts: Can I smoke one day & finish in the oven the next day?

I don't want to stay up until 3 am. Anything wrong with smoking on the grill for 3 hours one day, wrapping it up, the popping it in the oven the next day? I know it will take longer as it has to heat k back up, but will my results suffer?

I've done it and it was fine.
I also smoke late in the day and put in a 225F oven over night (8 to 10 hours) with great results as well.

      It should work.
I would heat at 250F (maybe 300F Max) for 5 to 6 hours.

Will the results suffer? Not really... maybe a little boiled meat flavor/texture, but a well smoked/prepared pork shoulder is still very good.

        No problem; go for it.
