High Quality Knife sharpening service in Central Jersey

Just had a series of cood quality German and some Japanese cutlery, terribly in need of some tlc and great sharpening. Found ZB Sharpening on line with an offer to pick up and deliver knives in close proximity but a substantial mail in business from around the east coast. I require sharp knives and have overly relied upon, and overground a bunch of my Wustiffs and Henkels and eberhard schaaf blades on a couple different chefs choice grinders.....consequently needed some real bolster work to restore the rock and roll of the blades. Ziggy showed up with a sample of his craft and gave me more hints and suggestions on how best to treat my knives than I had learned in the past 20 years caring for some of them. 24 hours later he returns with a collection of blades substantially better than when they were first purchased. What a great find and very reasonable. Sorry to sound like an advertisement but this is the real deal.

Thanks. Considered that you have contributed many posts in the past, we know you are honest about your review. I think what your wrote is very helpful for people looking for sharpening service in NJ area. The one suggestion I have is that you may want to put up a link to ZB sharpening website. Good information.

Just as I had wished I was a better friend to my knives, I am completely clueless how to embed links to websites. A decade ago we had to have our then seven year old to program our VCR/DVD for us. One of Ziggy's efforts, sharpening an 8" Global chef's knife, came back like a scalpel. Zbsharpening.com is his website.
