Any suggestions for Polish delis in the area? Bonus if they carry bialya and kaszanka.

  1. Try Halgo. I haven't been there in quite a while.

I second the recommendation for Halgo. They also have a great selection of pierogi. If they don't have what you're looking for, I'm sure they could direct you to the appropriate source.

    2. Definitely Halgo. The owners are super friendly. The pierogi, kielbasa and pickled herring are fantastic. Get a sandwich to eat on the way home.

      1. J Betski's is not a deli, but their food is great. Excellent pierogis

        1. I agree. Halgo is definitely the best, but if you are in the North Raleigh area and don't want to travel, you might check out My Euro Food Mart -- a small store off-the-beaten-path in a strip which includes a few international food places across from the Atlantic Springs Cinema.

Hmmm. It's been a while so I wonder if it's still there.
