Bareburger
I have 3 groupons to the East Village Bareburger which I will redeem over the next 3 weeks maybe starting today. I will get 2 burgers for each of them.
Any ideas of what is best on their menu?

Great salads also and you can put any meat on top. The Beet and Goat Cheese salad with the lamb burger on top is excellent.

Not sure what all the negativity is about. This isn't the ur-burger, but it is still a good spot for messy, tasty, over the top sandwiches. Ironically the best burgers at Bareburger are the least bare. I've had the jalapeno express, the bareburger supreme and the Ruby (a meat trifecta of boar, bacon and pastrami) and was happy with all of them.

i've only been to the one uptown, so maybe it's different at the location you're going to, but i'd stay away from the lamb - my boyfriend's had it twice and both times it was too dry. i've had the Roadhouse with beef and it was cooked to perfection. it kind of has a lot going on because of all the toppings, but it was really, really good! all the flavors come together really nicely. the bare burger supreme is also pretty good, and since the burger comes with onion rings on it, there's no need to order a side.
