Sunday brunch buffet north or west of Toronto

Any reccomendations for a Sunday brunch buffet in Tornto's suburbs (Vaughan, Richmond Hill, or Mississauga)? My in-laws anniversary is coming up and my DH's family is pretty picky so I thought a brunch buffet would work, but his parents don't like to drive into Toronto...sigh...

I'm looking around $35 per person or less, so the Doctor's House is out.

    Haven't been there in a while but Markham Hilton (Hwy 7/ Warden) has a nice Sunday Buffet Brunch.
