Want to try Miriam tonight. Anybody know about restaurant?-

Had 2 visits in the last couple of weeks, taking advantage of the happy hour offer of 1/2 price wine and meze. Great value (<$30 for 4 glasses of wine and 4 meze or 2 glasses and 8 meze). Service great on first occasion, chilly and slow on the second. Pretty tasty mergez and calamari.

Oh I just replied on another thread about how much I like Miriam. Their apps are killer, I thought the fish was perfectly cooked, and of course, I die for their brunch.

We went once - its middle-east inflected. We liked the flavors and the pricepoint but thought the food and service were both a little sloppy in execution - like they do not have quite enough manpower in the kitchen or dining room to do a really good job. So even tho it showed some promise we havent been back.

Not impressed by Miriam. My f ish was meager and on a bed of sweet mush. Notbad. Meh!

i'm a day late, i've only been once, and it was for brunch, but i liked it and would recommend it and will be back now that i'm going live closer
