21st birthday for large group

My 21st birthday is coming up and I want to celebrate it somewhere in Minneapolis. It's a group of about 20 people and I'm having a hard time finding a restaurant that doesn't charge a minimum fee for such a large group. I'm open to any and all ideas!

I think Bulldog NE would fit the bill...they have a really nice back room that you can reserve, and no minimum charge. Good food and atmosphere.

chuckie cheese? just kidding... i would make a distinction between a minimum fee and a tip charge. while few have a minimum most add a 15% tip to keep the servers from being lost in the chaos.
