Goats Head Soup

VH1 Classic is having a Rolling Stones Marathon. That reminded of of one of their 70's album Goats Head Soup, which is named after a Hatian soup. My question is has anyone out ever had this dish. I'm sure that if I look around the net I could find a recipie.

Yep, have had this soup many times. Jamaican style. My favorite part was the dumplin's and the root vegetables (secret recipe). They also included some red peas (kidney beans) in this soup IIRC.

Manishwater....put lead in your pencil. One of my favorites.got to have cassava,eddos,green plantain,sweet potatoes and lots of scotch bonnet and pigeon peas.
