Pronouncing/Spelling Chinese smoked duck for Sunset Park shopping?

I used to get a packaged smoke duck (halves or legs) but am finding those harder to find lately... I tried something that I thought was the same thing (sans packaging hence no English subtitles) and it turned out to be maybe salted duck... too salty my purposes. Can somebody tell me how to pronounce and spell smoked duck that would be understood in Sunset Park? Not sure what is mostly spoken there...
