Lora Brody Sourdough Bread Enhancer

I'm in New Zealand & have used up all of my Lora Brody's Sourdough Enhancer, which I bought a couple of years ago in the US.
It looks like it is discontinued.
Can any one advise me where I can get some, or if there is a substitute please?
