Raspberry Tart

Can anyone recommend an excellent raspberry tart recipe?

My raspberry bushes produce two times a summer. They are just about done with the first round of production, and they were very prolific. Since I freeze the raspberries immediately after we pick them, I'd like a recipe that will work for frozen berries as well as fresh.

Has anyone tried this recipe from the May/June 2005 Cooks Illustrated mag?

    That looks pretty good, though personally I would omit the vanilla. I love vanilla in most baked goods but not with raspberries. I would use more berries, too, if I could fit them!
