One Spice Two Spices - Cookbook by Floyd Cardoz
Does anyone own this cookbook? If so, what do you think about the recipes presented in it? Do you regret buying it?

I have it - got it on sale for $5 at William's Sonoma. I've made a few recipes in it and they've been good. the one i recall most is a braised short rib - it was nice to do a short rib recipe with curry flavors... I'd recommend it. I'll have to dust off the book and see what else jumps out at me...
