There seems to be a general consensus that Mala SIchuan Bistro is the best for that cuisine with the most authentic dishes, recipes and ingredients. I went just after they opened over a year ago and put them about third on my list after one visit but have since been back several times. One of the others is closed and the other, China Sichuan Cuisine on Gessner, has a much more limited menu of Sichuan specialties.
