Private Dinner in the South Bay (50 people)?

Hi! I am looking for a space to host an adult birthday party in the South Bay. We live in MB, so would prefer something close to there. Would like to have dinner and cocktails.

Shade is not available and I can't find any good options. Help!

Tin roof bistro has a private room. Not sure if they could accommodate 50 for a sit down dinner but it's worth looking into.
