Vancouver xiao long bao?

Hi
New city-new XLB hunt.
I've looked through the board and I'm a little confused-is Richmond in Vancouver? Is Pleasant the best (only?) XLB game in town? I'm also training an XLB newbie who's had them twice (Philly and Boston) and of course is now an addict as well.

You probably meant "Peaceful". Peaceful does a number of things well, but XLB is not one of them.

Wow. I've traveled a lot and I've never seen one place with so many XLB opps! Usually I have to sleuth these guys down!

Richmond is a separate city, south of Vancouver (east of the airport).

I haven't heard of Pleasant, but no, it's definitely not the only place in town - there are XLB all over the place.

I like the ones at a stall in the Crystal mall food court (Burnaby), the place used to be called Wang's but I think it's Xu's or something like that now. Maybe not the best in the city but very good and close to my house so I end up going there more often than not.

Others will probably chime in with their favourites.

I think Shanghai JJ is now a Sichuan restaurant.

Taiwan Beef Noodle (2 locations) and Kelvin's on Victoria have xlb.

I think Kelvin's probably has my favourite xlb in Vancouver but I haven't been eating too much xlb since I moved away from South Vancouver.
