Harrah''s Cherokee restaurants

While I don't think Harrah's Cherokee compares to Las Vegas casino culinary stardom, there are some good options ...
1. Chefs Stage Buffet - if you like to sample a litte of everything
2. Paula Deen's - the rich Southern dishes she made famous, though I hear a new menu is coming with "lightened up" options in keeping with her new focus since being diagnosed w/ diabetes.
3. Ruth's Chris - swanky chic lounge type restaurant serving top quality steaks
4. Brio - my favorite - a high-end chain Italian ...reminds me a bit of a Carrabas

I wish the music in these restaurants was more theme-based...it seemed the one discordant note throughout that the music was loud and not really fitting the environment.
