Gold Coast: Airport to O'Reilly's

Hello
we are arriving early in the morning in Coolangatta airport and driving to O'Reilly's resort in the hinterland. Where can we stock up with groceries before hand? Bigbox stores (e.g. Coles/Woolworth's) are good, small/organic producers even better!
I need to be able to assemble groceries for a family of 6 for 5 days!
