Anne Burrell should never even have had a first show. . . .
Now that the Food Network is doing paid product placement for restaurants, anyone wanna bet they say nothing but good stuff? Honestly, Fromagerie isn't the romantic, French gem it was in the 80s, but I like it. Nevertheless, this expensive infomercial will ultimately lead to DB disposing of the place.

If it was a guitarist, that's Dave Crowton, a friend of mine who uses it as his 'day job'. He's quite good for that experience.
What I heard a few years back was that DB was interviewing 'by fire' local chefs to 'do their thing' - which all it did was train the Latin cooks ala what the Chineese do with American technology. Don't know if it's true as the one chef that I heard this from is usually a bit high on 'the BS meter'. I will find out from others though as this topic is front and center (just for my own edification)

If you're from around here, you know that Tuesday night is Burger Night in the Bar Room at David Burke Fromagerie. This popular evening is perfect for a Girls Night Out, Guys Night Out, and even a family-friendly Bring the Kids Night Out too. Upstairs, guests can enjoy some of the most popular musicians on the Jersey Shore. 5 to 10 p.m. Just $25 for a selection of tasty burgers, salad, fries and a glass of wine or beer.
