Cooking Classes in Guadalajara?

I will be in Guadalajara in July and am looking for restaurants that teach cooking classes, or cooking schools in the city. Does anyone know of any? The class can be in Spanish, actually that would be better for me since I'm trying to master the language. Any info would be greatly appreciated, and I'll post later about what I end up finding there. Thanks!
