HCMC restaurant help
I was in Ho Chi Minh City for a month in 2001. I ate many meals at a French/Vietnamese restaurant that had a plexiglass floor with koi swimming below it. Does anyone know the name of this restaurant and if it's still there?
I'm headed back in 3 weeks! Where should i eat in HCMC, Hue, Hoi An and Nha Trang?
