Bar on monday nights

After scouring the boards have decided on spqr for dinner tonite at the chefs counter. Staying right in the area as well. Any recs for a bar with nice cocktails that won't be too dead on a Monday nearby?

Lots of good beer and wine near there. for cocktails though , do a search for cocktails and "pacific heights" or Fillmore or japantown or Japan town.
