Some yummy low cal low fat things I have come across:

'So Delicious' dairy free minis ice cream sandwiches, 90 calories, 2 g fat...and YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


'Mini Vitacake fudgy Chocolate', these are made by the same ppl that make vita tops, u find them in the breakfast frozen section of the supermarket. 50 cals, 1 g fat each one and yummmmmmmmmyyyyyyy High in Fiber too, 6g, 2 g protein ...try em!!!

  1. Lifeway frozen kefir. It's REAL frozen kefir, so it's tangy. I have only tried the strawberry and mango flavors - they're amazing. 1/2 a cup, 90 calories, 1g of fat.

    1. Oasis brand makes a Zero Fat "Mediterranean Medley" Hoummus.

      It is seriously good.

      "Mediterranean Medley" is made with chick peas and sweet peppers, onions and other veggies instead of oil. 2 tbsp had 18 calories and zero fat. 2 tbsp regular hummus has 70 calories, mostly form olive oil.

      I ate the entire 10 oz. tub - a whopping 180 calories, and it was a satisfying lunch. I know that An inexpensive low-cal lunch, that you can grab and go is something I treasure.
