Theatre District recommendation - favorite restaurant closed!

Our favorite pretheatre Thai restaurant closed so now looking for something new in the theatre district - would prefer Mediterranean, Thai or Italian cuisine. The last place we tried was ViceVersa. Price range $40 to $60 per person.

You might want to consider Marseiile. The food is French Provençal. Definitely fits Mediterranean.

What was your favorite Thai restaurant? I'm assuming you've tried the original Wondee? If not, go there and tell them to make everything very spicy and not sweetened for American tastes, and order only off the so-called "Secret Thai" menu and the actual Thai-language menu, if you can get your waiter to admit it exists.

Try Sangria 46. It just opened, and while tapas and such is not normally our cup of tea, we had a very good dinner there. We did four or five plates of tapas.
