Wedding Venue with Great Food

Can anyone suggest a wedding venue for about 100 people that had great food? Manhattan preferred but can do outer boroughs if necessary.

Mr. Kay's in midtown, chinese banquet, upscale, does a very good job with parties. Good service, can easily have a dance floor, etc.

I used to work for a top caterer in NYC who regularly charged $1000 per plate back in the late 80s at the top NYC hotels at the time.....the best attention to details I have ever seen. While the food was great.....I always enjoyed the food at a Chinese Banquet Wedding much more.

Abalone, Lobster, Roasted Poultry, Fish and other Sea Foods.....quite the array of a varied traditional menu.

      Consider Chinatown,

A friend had her wedding reception at EMP and said that it was surprisingly affordable. Another possibility would be Blue Hill at Stone Barns which is slightly out of town.

Is food the only priority, or do you have other criteria in mind? Do you have a limitless budget?
