Prosciutto-Wrapped Macaroni and Cheese Cups Recipe

Has anyone made this recipe from CH? It says to serve immediately after baking. I am wondering if I can make it and take it to a pot luck event with minimum effect on the dish.

Does anyone have the link to this handy? Thanks!

Thanks--simple and look great, the perfect combination.

I'm planning on using it for a "pot luck" wine social later this month. I'm convinced it will reheat nicely (I'll make it fresh and take it while still hot but it will need to be reheated to some degree) and am looking forward to comments from the group. I'll probably add some chopped sun dried tomatoes as a topping just for color and a bit of smokiness.

I made it last week, and it was delish. Put leftovers in fridge and enjoyed them for two more days. They reheated well in microwave, but the first serving was the crispest.

I would have to drive a considerable from my rural home to get procuitto. Reckon shaved ham would work?

Certainly, shaved ham would work. You'd need to slice it very thin and it wouldn't offer the special flavor that prosciutto offers but it would still work.

I would worry that ham wouldn't crisp up enough to hold the cup shape. I've done bacon cups though - a bit of a mess, but wonderful!

I haven't, but on the right side of my screen right now is a banner with that recipe's photo and the caption 'Make and Take Potluck Dishes". Sounds like CH thinks it will be ok!
