Tasting maple syrup

Does anyone have advice for somewhere I can take visitors to taste the different grades of maple syrup? Is there anywhere at Jean Talon markets that would do this?

Thanks in advance!

    84 Rue Saint-Paul E
    Montreal, QC H2Y 1G6

this is a little shop in old montreal, Les Delices D'erable, according to what i read, they offer all things maple, and do give samples, and the sales staff appear to be in the know...I have never been, so you may want to call or check the website to see if they do in fact offer tastings...the ideal place obviously would be a sugar shack, but certainly not at this time of year!! good luck!

Both Jean Talon and Atwater have maple syrup vendors who offer tastes of all their products during maple season - but I'm not sure if they are still there now.

I know Atwater Market does....And you have never, ever, ever seen such wonderful vegetables as one sees at the Atwater Market. I was there last year (Fall) and I would love to know if this still holds true.
