Best chile relleno in SD

Hi,
I realize there are many interpretations of the chile relleno, but wondering who you think has the best? Actually searching for my dad who lived in SD in the early 60's and loved the OLD TOWN TAMALE FACTORY (now a Harley Davidson shop I believe) next to the little league field in north Old Town. Or anyone know the cook/recipe/family has been handed down to another restaurant in town? Thanks!

I like the chile rellenos I get at the local farmer's markets. Belinda's Cocina at the La Jolla Farmers Market on Sundays from 9 to 1 OR if you are midtown, the Hillcrest Farmer's Market on Sundays from ? to 2, you can almost always find them at Maria's booth there. They are authentic. Also, Super Cocina on University has delicious chile rellenos.

The Seafood Chili Rellano at Rancho's Cocina.

Shrimp, cheese and pico de gallo inside the chili rellano topped with a piece of fish and more cheese. It is awesome!

Both Fidel's and Tony's Jacal in Solana Beach are known for their Chile Rellenos.
