What was this show called and is it available? Twin workstations, chef and audience member on each side

Does anyone remember this one?

It was like an audience-participation Chopped/Iron Chef.
One audience member per side cooked with a chef; they were timed and they had "secret ingredients" or a few mandatory ingredients.
Live audience.
Host.

Definitely before 2004.
Possibly as old as 1994.

I've read through this list closely but the "right name" didn't seem to be there.
