Water accidently got into cheesecake custard
I couldn't get it out! Only (Ha!) about 1/4-1/8 of a cup.I was tempering chocolate and the bowl got stuck in the saucepan, being an complete idiot i forgot to take it out and poured the saucepan with the bowl onto of it into the cheesecake mixture! I tried to drain some of it, but i don't think i got it all so some water slipped in. Is the cheesecake ruined? This is what i get for being in a rush.....learned my lesson!!
Edit: weird, it seem to have bake. Whether the texture/taste was effected?Not sure! Its a little brown around the edges, baked a it too long i guess. Its difficult to keep track of time when your 3 yr old niece won't stay in bed...!!! Ugh, certainly wasn't a good night to bake huh?
